Set in a traditional Nicaraguan circle design (rotunda), Rancho Neblina is set up to be a relaxing and social space. Open on most sides, you'll enjoy unspoilt views of the finca's beautiful garden and surrounding Miraflor while you eat and drink.. You can expect to be accompanied by hummingbirds, vibrant butterflies, howler monkeys, along with the five resident dogs and three cats!
We create daily specials with both local and global influences, from Caribbean style soups to traditional planchas, our menus are ever changing, inspired by the seasons and our guests.
As a social meeting point for the surrounding community, you might enjoy chatting to neighbouring farm workers about their potato crops or sharing a beer with the local baseball team on a Sunday afternoon, all adding a sprinkle of Nicaraguan culture to your experience.
