Reservation Policies
Payment is required upfront to complete and guarantee your reservation. Bookings are taken manually via WhatsApp or email and will be confirmed in writing
Cancellation or early checkout policy
In case your plans change, please inform us via email or WhatsApp at your earliest opportunity. For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival you are entitled to a full refund. Failure to cancel reservations 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a full reservation charge.
On cancellation of a refundable booking the refund processing may take between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show your refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors and the process is outside of our control once initiated.
Check in & Check out
Normal check in time is 2:00 PM. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 8.30 PM
Check-out is at 12 Noon
Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and must be confirmed
Modification
Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of making such a request.
No show or non arrival
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on your arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by Finca Neblina Del Bosque yet still charged at the full rate.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still intend to continue your travel plan to stay with us, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.
Shortened Stay (Early Checkout)
A Shortened stay is subject to the entire reservation period charge whether or not you stay the entire period. If you know the change in your plan before arrival, please contact us at the earliest to minimize the charges in line with our cancellation policy.
